Let's face it - things are a bit quiet around here right now. Time to change all that!
We need to get a new game up and running. I'm happy to do the hosting if someone could do the mastering so there's no conflict of interest.
Format = standard no frills game with standard echo cluster map and homeworlds in a circle, random rich planets, host will run when all turns are in, or three days after last host run (times and dates to be announced on the forum). I don't have the use of Autotroll, so you'll just have to bear with me on that front.
First in, first served. Committed players only please. I'll take the birdmen. Reply in this forum to secure your spot. Will get things running once all spots are filled.

I would love to join the game, if the Rebels are still available I would love to try them (one of the few races I have not played yet) otherwise, just whatever is available.

Today, my wife has been doing up some of that cleanup stuff she loves, and it seems like I have a lovely old Windows 7 laptop with good old Winplan still installed. So - if this game is still a possibility and the Klingons are open, please sign me up!
@gilgamesh Cool, will put you in for the Klingons. Might even pay to run it if we can get six players starting 🤔
@hawkeye It might be worth it for a test run, and of course, for all of us to scrape off the rust...
I wish I had time for hosting but I just don't. Hosting owned me for 10 years. I really wish someone had picked up the slack and started hosting after I took things down and I think it sucks that the only vgap games going (that I'm aware of) are all on that NU site, which IMOP is not vgap.

@havok I'm wondering if we are able to get an email out to all the old players to direct them to this forum in order to generate enough interest in joining this game...?
I don't have the server setup anymore and the email isn't isn't really exportable from AutoTroll.
We can make a post on the main page, i just need to know the details of your game, where it's at, etc.
