I've been playing at PlanetsCentral, just waving hello here since Havok came to find me.
I checked the link for the VGAP Calculator to see if it was still valid and there you were! 👍

Qapla!
I set up a little testgame to see if things work with Win 10. All is working so far, but I cant remember anymore how to use Ascoregif to get the graphics of the score 🤦♂️😄. Every time I run Ascoregif I get a blank score of the actual turn, but without the history (pls. see attached file). Can anyone remember how this worked?
I use Ascore as scoring system.

I'm cautiously optimistic about CM coming back and the old gang getting together again!
Currently I'm about to build hosting up again using AutoTroll V2.20. Hosting so far works good in combination with DosBox, I got a testgame running without problems (no addons tested yet). Next step will be the mailing system and website creation.
At the moment it's just for my pleasure but someday I have to deceide if I bring High Command online or not. How does one explain this to his wife?😁

I do remember that we had issues with it as well. So I created a new version of that. Or it might just be that we wanted extra features - I can't remember??? Maybe @][avok can remember.
It's a .net app though so won't run on dosbox
Ascoregif had worked once and now I can't remeber how. Those things drive me crazy 🙂. If I got a problem like this I'm like a terrier...I keep on hunting maybe spending hours on a trifling problem. 🤦♂️

My current hosting is a mixture of using DosBox and Win PowerShell (Ascoregif itself doesn't run on dosbox too). Could I give your version a try or does it need a special environment (e.g. Unix or whatever)? But I fully understand if you want to keep it exclusive for CM.

I was going to say the same.

Great, thanks a lot 👍 👍 . Same usage as AScoreGif? AScoreGif2 [path]?

@high-command I hope so. I really cannot remember 😛
But I would assume that is the case. We replaced the one with the other and keeping the command the same just makes sense. But I cannot be help responsable for what my 10 year younger version was thinking at the time. 🙂
😉It works this way, but at the end it says "The arithmetic operation has caused an overflow". Not sure what that means or how to fix. The graphic is there but blank.

Been a long time for me as well however I'm thinking make sure your XP VM has SP3 and all the .Net patches up to date.

This is what I found when playing around a little bit. Doesn't fix the fault but anyway it's good to know.

I'm not using a virtual machine. I'm running AT in a combination of Dosbox & Win 10. Running XP or Win 7 on a VM makes my stomache rotate because of security reasons.
For sure this causes some other problems (e.g. at the moment like not being able to use Checkturn for TRNs coming in by email). I would not feel safe using an old Win system on a VM.
